I really unexpected your customer service this much of poor. I give my magnus scooter was give last month 8.12.25 for the charging complaint. They are checking and tell me charge was the problem first you can change the charger and than your problem will be clear, so I buy new charger that price is 7500. But my problem not clear again asked them they are telling Irrelevant complaints in my vehicle, like break cable, wheel bearing and ect. After I agree to change they are telling Irrelevant problem also but after only they are telling your bike battery was compliment we are send to our company for warranty claim. But still I am waiting more than 40 days. My scooter not ready still now very slow process and service also. My worst experience with this service center. Very bad service center. For other reference i attended my bill copy and service slip.
