I was to receive the Ampere Nexus through an offer with Ampere. I imagined a lot of hassles before I got it. But Prakash made it so smooth that I am speechless. I didn't have to visit the showroom. Prakash kept in touch with me constantly, got every paperwork done (without me having to spend even one rupee and not more than 5 minutes of my time) without hassles. Today he delivered it to my home, explained all features, sent me videos of how to charge the battery etc.
Overall extremely satisfied.

Came here for a routine service of my magnus ex, the experience was very seamless and quick, I explained everything I wanted done and fixed and I was heard well and it was delivered after the service. Although I do need to again come back for replacement of the motor, wish they had it on stock so I did not have to travel multiple times for it to be replaced. The service delivered to the vehicle is also quite satisfactory
