I have been the customer of this showroom from the beginning .They have been very supportive and solving issues in vehicle in a responsible manner .thanks to sales and service team for there hardwork due to which they are now also standing still in electric group.

latest feedback as of 9th July: Reducing 2 stars post service as they lack professionalism to call back to a customer despite my attempts to connect to them, they would ghost my calls as customer. There was a battery issue which took longer than expected for the dealer to fix the issue. I’m not sure if it’s a manpower issue but even the owner of the firm was not able to keep up to the word on the delivery date post service. While I expressed that I was willing to wait until the issue is completely resolved and asked them to take their own time, the owner was not able to keep up with the timeline they committed twice during the delivery date revision post service diagnostics. ****Initial review****** I'm posting this review after almost a month of purchase of EV from the dealership. I must say the experience so far has been good, starting from the initial interaction that I had with the owner of the dealership around the delivery timelines and pricing of the product exclusive of accessories/additional warranty. On the delivery date, there were customary photograph clicked and helmet was offered along with the vehicle which is an important safety touch which I personally liked. To set context, I had a negative experience from another dealership of Ampere in Thrissur and I expressed that I was looking for a hassle-free professional experience at least with this dealership. I must say the dealership met the expectations on delivering the vehicle on a date that was targeted barring the lengthy documentation process from the super-efficient Irinjalakuda sRTO (pun-intended), which is outside of dealership control. I would like to specially mention that the owner visited the RTO on behalf of the customer to make an exception towards the lengthy documentation, however, the JRTO never obliged, which is expected out of government servants. The dealership could focus on equipping their staff with better knowledge about service timelines as there were some confusions around it and also the agents dealing with RTO have to be cognisant around the documentation process with the RTO, as this could have downward implications for the customer. I have shared these as feedback with the owner of the dealership and she was kind enough to take it in a sportive manner. I wish the dealership to reach new heights empowered by a women entreprenuer and turn into one of the best dealerships of Ampere brand in India.

I am relative of customer of chakkalakalmotors .They are very helpful from the date of sale .Three years are over and the vehicle has no problem. If Some problem may happen the showroom team send the technician to solve the problem at the spot.Best wishes to chakkalakalmotors as they are doing a good 😊 job.

I had a very good experience during purchase. I was given full explanation on the vehicle I asked for. I was given multiple payment options. The sales guide was very helpful. I got my first service done and that well. Better than most other vehicle brands.
