Purchased Li Plus recently and the service post sales received from Nidhi EV world were not very pleasant. I was following up frequently with Manoj from Nidhi EV world on the additional fittings being offered with vehicle, there was always a confirmation that it's being delivered tomorrow or today, but it never arrived! Just after posting my frustration last evening in the review, everything has been sorted by today morning! I wasn't so optimistic and not expecting this swift action, but pleasantly surprised. I'm not sure of the difficulty they had, but as they say "where there's a will, there's a way" and they were willing to find the way! Updated the ratings, but reducing the 2 stars for the delay and communication disconnect (and not for the quality of the offering, as there was no compromise done wrt quality).
